Paradoxically, they are excruciatingly nice but they also hold grudges like a motherfucker. There are so many people who are dead to them.

I always forget how obsessed my grandparents are with propriety. For instance, they change into their nice clothes whenever they go outside.
Oh, they also once cleaned & sorted my dad’s garage because they felt that the messy state to which it was alowed to decay was too SHAMEFUL.
and then like, today I had to drag my other grandfather away from the bishop of fatima, whom he was fawning over, discussing mass etiquette.
More importantly, it’s like, sixteen degrees celsius. No one understands why I am not cold, and why no I do not need an extra blanket.
